7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products:

• Damaged or defective items must be reported at time of delivery
• Images of the damaged or defective parts along with a description of the defect(s) should be emailed to the address below.
We may, at our discretion:
• Replace defective components
• Issue partial refunds

8. Limited Warranty
BackyardBLD provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage:
• Applies only to the original purchaser
• Covers manufacturing defects in supplied framing components

This warranty does NOT cover:
• Improper installation or assembly
• Foundation or anchoring failures
• Modifications or alterations to the product
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from weather, natural events, or environmental conditions
• Use of non-approved materials or components
Remedy Limitation:
At our sole discretion, BackyardBLD will:
• Replace defective components, or
• Issue a refund for the defective portion only
This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided and replaces all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Foundation & Anchoring Responsibility
Proper foundation and anchoring are critical to structural performance and safety.
• The customer is solely responsible for:
• Designing and installing an appropriate foundation
• Ensuring proper anchoring of the structure
• Verifying soil conditions and load-bearing capacity
• Compliance with all local building codes and engineering requirements
BackyardBLD does not provide:
• Site-specific foundation designs
• Soil analysis
• Anchoring specifications for all conditions
Failure to properly install foundation and anchoring systems voids any applicable warranty and releases BackyardBLD from all liability related to structural performance.

BackyardBLD shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Property damage resulting from product use
