At BackyardBLD, each product is built to order. Please review our refund terms carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales & Order Finality

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our modular framing systems:
    •    Orders are considered final once placed
    •    We do not accept returns for:
    •    Change of mind
    •    Incorrect ordering by the customer
    •    Project cancellations after order processing has begun

2. Service Area & Shipping Adjustments

BackyardBLD is intended to serve customers within our defined delivery area.

While our website is designed to restrict orders outside this area, in the event an order is placed that requires additional shipping costs:
    •    We will contact the customer to:
    •    Collect additional shipping charges, or
    •    Offer a full refund if the customer declines the additional cost

If we are unable to fulfill delivery due to location limitations, a full refund will be issued.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled under the following conditions:
    •    Cancellation requests must be submitted within [24 hours] of purchase
    •    After this period, orders may enter production and cannot be canceled

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

    •    BackyardBLD does not accept returns of shipped materials

If a refund is approved:
    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
    •    Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

7. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons not approved by BackyardBLD:
    •    The order will be treated as non-refundable
    •    Any additional shipping or handling costs may be deducted from any refund issued at our discretion
